Welcome to India B&B, located 1.5 Miles from the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Situated in the historic Spenard District of Anchorage, Alaska, this unique Anchorage B&B sits on nearly an acre of groomed, natural Alaskan trees, flowers, and raspberries!

The B&B is within walking distance of major Restaurants, Car Rentals, Camper Rentals, Motor Cycle Rentals and Public Transportation/Bus route. A major bicycle path passes through the vicinity. House bicycles are available for visitors to borrow for tours of downtown Anchorage, Costal Trails and other scenic destinations.
The hosts are helpful and knowledgeable about Alaskan activities like Hiking, Fishing, Hunting and more!
This Alaskan B&B is known for East Indian Cuisine and responsive hospitality. We serve flavorful Indian breakfast, in addition to the classic American fare. Special orders of Traditional East Indian dishes can be requested for the morning meal, too.
The rooms are appointed with queen size beds and comfortable furnishings.
B&B guests have full access to the large sun deck and a fire pit. Wireless internet is available in all rooms, the garden and the sun deck. A computer kiosk is internet enabled and available for guest use.
How to get here?
It’s only a $10 for cab ride from the airport. Seasoned backpackers can actually walk from the Airport to the B&B. Please check out location page for directions.
Rates(USD):
Summer Rates(May 1st to Oct 31st)
Single Occupany per room: $125 + 12% Bed Tax for exclusive bath & $100+ 12% bed tax for shared bath.
Double Occupany per room: $100.00 for shared bath and $125.00 for a exclusive bath.
Winter Rates(Nov 1st - April 30th)
Single Occupany per room: $60.00 for shared bath and $80.00 for a exclusive bath.
Double Occupany per room: $80.00 for shared bath and $100.00 for a exclusive bath.
A municipal bed tax of 12% per night will also be applied to the above rates.All rooms accomodate atleast 2 guests.
Special rates available for 7 days and more.
Minimum stay of two nights required on weekends.
Choice of Fresh Indian Vegetarian or Continental Breakfast served from 8 to 10 a.m. and included in the rates.

We require one-day rate via credit card or personal check to guarantee Reservation. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Cash.
Cancellations:
1. It must be made at least two weeks before the arrival date to receive the refund after deducting $ 25.
2. For cancellations within two weeks of arrival, the guest is responsible for 50% of the reservation.
3. Cancellations within 48 hours, guests are responsible for the full booking amount, unless the room is re booked.
4. In any case there will be no full refund for the cancelled booking.

For cancellation within 2 weeks the entire amountwill be refunded after deducting $25 for the processing fee and 25% from each days rent 25% from the rent of each room booked inconvenience charges for cancellation with in 48 hrs will be 30% of full booking amount in addition to $25 as processing fees.
