Summer Rates(May 1st to Oct 31st)
Single Occupany per room: $85.00 for shared bath and $110.00 for a exclusive bath.
Double Occupany per room: $100.00 for shared bath and $125.00 for a exclusive bath.

Winter Rates(Nov 1st - April 30th)
Single Occupany per room: $60.00 for shared bath and $80.00 for a exclusive bath.
Double Occupany per room: $80.00 for shared bath and $100.00 for a exclusive bath.


All rooms accomodate atleast 2 guests. A municipal bed tax of 12% per night will also be applied to the above rates.
Special rates for 6 days and more. Minimum stay of two nights required on weekends. Fresh Indian/Continental Breakfast served from 8 to 10 a.m. and included in the rates. Cancellations:

1. It must be made at least two weeks before the arrival date to receive the refund after deducting $25.
2. For cancellations within two weeks of arrival, the guest is responsible for 50% of the reservation.
3. For cancellations within 48 hours, guests are responsible for the full booking amount, unless the room is rebooked.
